Got God?

(Read the Scripture references interspersed throughout for greater perspective!)

Before time began-there was God. He has no beginning and no end. He always was and always will be. He stands outside of time. He is eternal. He is creator. Not only did God create the heavens and the earth, He created "us". All that He created is His and He is Owner, Ruler, and has a perfect plan! We are here for a purpose. He is all-powerful, all-knowing, and everywhere at once-He is light and He is love! He is the Source of all that is necessary for our lives to be lived with meaning and purpose and to best glorify God!

All sin was placed on Jesus and He died a torturous death on a cross to pay God's requirement for our souls. Yours and mine! While we were sinners Christ died for us to demonstrate God's love and His desire to have a relationship with us. Our sin nailed Him to the cross (Col.2:14-15). It bridged the gap (2 Cor.5:18-19; 1Jn.1:7-8, 2 Cor.5:19; Gal.1:4).

Jesus paid the ransom for you and for me! (Mt.20:27-28).

Then He rose from the dead (2 Cor.5:21, 1 Cor.15:3-4) and is waiting for us in heaven. He is our Redeemer (Is.44:24;47:4, Job 19:25).

If we do not accept and believe that He is Who He says He is and did what He says He did we will die in our sin and burn in hell-eternally, painfully separated from our Creator and Savior.

(Jn.8:24, Job 20:26-29, Mt.13: 47-50, Heb. 9:27, Mt.12:36, Ro.14:12, Phil.3:9-10).

A - Admit you are a sinner. For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God; Romans 3:23

B - Believe Jesus died on the cross for you. Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and you shall be saved.

C - Confess your sin to God and turn from it. Ro 10:9-10 says that if you confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you shall be saved. For with the heart man believes unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.
